1. Purpose
These terms of service govern the use of the Suivi Contractions mobile application, available on iOS and Android. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these terms in full.
2. Description of the service
Suivi Contractions is a free app for timing contractions during pregnancy and labor, recording their duration, frequency and intensity, and viewing daily and historical summaries exportable as PDF.
3. Medical disclaimer
Suivi Contractions is a tracking and information tool. It is in no way a medical device, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The data displayed does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. In case of doubt, unusual pain or emergency, contact your midwife, your doctor or emergency services immediately.
4. User account
Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Delete my account).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Disrupt the operation of the service or its servers
- Copy, modify or distribute the app without authorization
6. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, texts and graphic elements are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. The contraction data you enter belongs to you.
8. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from its use, in particular medical decisions made on the basis of the data displayed (see section 3).
9. Changes
We may change the service and these terms. In case of substantial changes, you will be informed via the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in France.
